Verisign (NASDAQ: VRSN) released their Domain Name Industry Brief for Q4 2020. The fourth quarter of 2020 closed with 366.3 million domain name registrations across all top-level domains (TLDs), a decrease of 4.4 million domain name registrations, or 1.2 percent, compared to the third quarter of 2020. Jeff is alive and well he tweeted today. He seems to be affiliated with another company now so maybe he left and no one else at Three Deep knew about the domain name. Buy3Dprinter.com was registered in 2008 and was sold by a Dutch registrant in 2014 for $12,000 at Sedo. The domain name was purchased by Fizz, LLC. The buyer looks to be affiliated with Rebuzz.io as well. The domain name stayed parked at Sedo and has been left to expire. The domain name closed for 1/6th the price it fetched in 2014. Buy3Dprinter.org is developed but not updated for years. Its also registered in .tk, .it, .co, .site, .no. Will be interesting to see what the new buyer
